How we calculate your carbon footprint

The data monitoring tool is powered by AMEE, the carbon calculations engine that is used by the UK Government for the Act on CO₂ carbon calculator and in NESTA’s Big Green Challenge. All of the calculations use standard emissions factors consistent with the UK Government ‘Company Reporting Guidelines’.
